Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo S.A, commonly shortened to Ipiranga (), is a Brazilian fuel company headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and is a subsidiary of Ultra. It is the second-largest Brazilian fuel distribution company, and the largest in the private sector. The company has about 6,500 gas stations across the country and 1,400 convenience stores. Ipiranga owns the Brazilian operations of the ampm chain of convenience stores, Jet Oil oil change services, Km de Vantagens loyalty program, and ConectCar prepaid system for electronic payment of tolls and parking. Rio Grande, Rio Grande Do Sul
Rio Grande () is a municipality (''município'') and one of the oldest cities in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. It was the state capital from 1835 to 1845. It is the most important port city in the state and has one of the most important maritime ports in Brazil. Biodiesel
Biodiesel is a renewable biofuel, a form of diesel fuel, derived from biological sources like vegetable oils, animal fats, or recycled greases, and consisting of long-chain fatty acid esters. The ISO 14000 family is a set of international standards for Natural environment, environment management systems. It was developed in March 1996 by International Organization for Standardization.
