In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the smallest administrative unit is the municipality ("''opština''/општина" or "''općina''/опћина" in the official languages and scripts of the country). Istočno Novo Sarajevo ( sr-Cyrl, Источно Ново Сарајево, lit. East New Sarajevo) is a municipality of the city of Istočno Sarajevo, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
