Perihan Özkurt (born Perihan Benli; 18 March 1942 – 5 May 2016), best known as Romalı Perihan, formerly Perihan, Princess of Esfandiari-Bakhtiari, was an internationally known Turkish soprano, socialite, painter, model, columnist, and actress who was married to the late Iranian nobleman Bijan, Prince of Esfandiari- Bakhtiari in Italy. Perihan Çınar (, born 17 January 1994) is a Turkish hockey player who plays field hockey, hockey5s, and indoor hockey. She is part of the Gaziantep Polis Gücü SK and the Turkey women's national teams, and has received several most-valuable player (MVP) and top-goalscorer awards. Perihan Mağden (born 24 August 1960) is a Turkish writer. She was a columnist for the newspaper ''Taraf''. She was tried and acquitted for calling for opening the possibility of conscientious objection to mandatory military service in Turkey. Biography Mağden was born in 1960 in Istanbul. She is Georgian on her father’s side, and half Russian/Balkan on her mother's side. After graduating from Robert College of Istanbul, she studied psychology at Boğaziçi University. Perihan Topaloğlu Acar (born Topaloğlu on August 31, 1987) is a Turkish women in sports, Turkish women's team handball, handballer, who plays in the Turkish Women's Handball Super League for Ardeşen GSK, and the Turkey women's national handball team, Turkey national team.
