Pedro Sá
Pedro Miguel da Cunha e Sá (born 1 December 1993) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Vyškov. Club career Born in Póvoa de Varzim, Sá joined hometown club Varzim SC's youth ranks at the age of 9. He made his senior debut with eight games in the third division in 2012–13, and played regularly in the next three seasons, the last of which in Segunda Liga; he also appeared in two matches for their reserves in the Porto Football Association's first district league. Ahead of the 2016–17 campaign, Sá signed with Portimonense S.C. of the same league– in July 2018, a court in Póvoa de Varzim ordered his previous club to pay some of the transfer fee to his agents, Foot Emotions. Póvoa De Varzim
Póvoa de Varzim () is a Portugal, Portuguese city in Norte Region, Portugal, Northern Portugal and sub-region of Greater Porto, from its city centre. It sits in a sandy coastal plain, a cuspate foreland, halfway between the Minho River, Minho and Douro rivers. In 2001, there were 63,470 inhabitants, with 42,396 living in the city proper. Estádio Municipal de Portimão is the current stadium of Portimonense S.C. It is located in the centre of Portimão in the Algarve, Portugal and was opened in 1937 for local football club Portimonense S.C. Its capacity is 4,961 people. It hosted Portimonense's stay in the Primeira Liga in the 1980s. In 2006, Portimonense were forced to play away from the Estádio Municipal in the Estádio Algarve, which – built for Euro 2004 – is 70 kilometres from Portimão. B-SAD
B-SAD was a Portuguese football club currently based in Almada, founded on 30 June 2018 as an independent entity. An offshoot of Clube de Futebol Os Belenenses, they played four seasons in the Primeira Liga, being relegated to the Liga Portugal 2 in 2022 and then to Liga 3 in 2023, the third tier of Portuguese football. After a failed merger with Cova da Piedade in 2023, their Liga 3 license was revoked and B-SAD subsequently reformed and relocated from Lisbon to Almada to enroll and compete in the Setúbal district championships, the lowest tier of Portuguese football. In sports, an ejection (also known as dismissal, sending-off, disqualification, or early shower) is the removal of a participant from a contest due to a violation of the sport's rules. The exact violations that lead to an ejection vary depending upon the sport, but common causes for ejection include unsportsmanlike conduct, violent acts against another participant that are beyond the sport's generally accepted standards for such acts, abuse against officials, violations of the sport's rules that the contest official deems to be egregious, or the use of an illegal substance to better a player's game. A buyout clause or release clause refers to a clause in an employment contract. It allows the employee to terminate the contract unilaterally upon payment of a specified (usually substantial) fee to the employer. The fee may be paid by the employee directly, but is more usually paid by a prospective employer who wishes to acquire the employee's services. It is most commonly used in reference to sports teams, where a transfer fee is usually paid for a player under contract; however, the current owning club is not obliged to sell their player, and if an agreement on a suitable fee cannot be reached, the buying club can instead resort to paying the player's buyout fee – should their contract have such a clause – which the owning club cannot block. The 2017–18 Primeira Liga (also known as Liga NOS for sponsorship reasons) was the 84th season of the Primeira Liga, the top professional league for Portuguese association football clubs. Benfica were the defending champions for a fourth consecutive time, but they did not retain the title. Porto became the new champions with two matches to spare, clinching their 28th league title.
