Paúl Granda
Paúl Andrés Granda López (born in Cuenca on 19 September 1972) is an Ecuadorian politician who occupied the mayorship of Cuenca between 2009 and 2014. Biography During his high school years, he was elected student council president of Colegio Rafael Borja. He continued his education in Universidad del Azuay (UDA), where he obtained a degree as a Juris Doctor and Lawyer. During this period he was the president of the Association of the Law School, representing students onto the University Council, and president of the Student Federation of Universidad del Azuay. In 1997, he was advisor to Mario Jaramillo Paredes in the Ministry of Education and Culture. He studied a specialization in Private Financial Legislation in Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. In 1998, he traveled to Spain for his studies and obtained a Masters in Public Administration from Instituto de Administración Pública – INAP and Universidad de Alcalá. Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov ( 187021 January 1924), better known as Vladimir Lenin, was a Russian revolutionary, politician and political theorist. He was the first head of government of Soviet Russia from 1917 until his death in 1924, and of the Soviet Union from 1922 until his death. Universidad Del Azuay
Universidad del Azuay (UDA) is an Ecuadorian university located in the Province of Azuay, its campus are in the city of Cuenca (Ecuador), Cuenca and in the parish of Baños. The university was founded in 1968 as part of the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil in the city of Cuenca under the name of the "Institute of Philosophy and Educational Sciences". It was authorized by the Santa Sede, Holy See in May 1969. The Institute began its activities in the 1968–1969 academic year, the founding professors were Francisco Olmedo Llorente, Claudio Malo González, Carlos Pérez Agustí, Rafael Galiana, José Castelví Queralt and Nelson Yánez Ortega.
