Paul Penhoët (born 28 December 2001) is a French road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career In 2022 he rode for UCI WorldTeam as part of a development scheme to allow younger riders to race with the UCI WorldTour team, as the nominated team sprinter at the 2022 Tour of Oman he managed 3 top 10 results. He later joined the team as a full-time rider on August 1. Paris–Roubaix Juniors
Paris–Roubaix Juniors (or Le Pavé de Roubaix) is a single-day road bicycle race held annually in April in northern France for junior cyclists (aged 17 and 18) ahead of the senior Paris–Roubaix classic race. It is organised by the Vélo-Club de Roubaix Lille Métropole, who organize the under-23s version, Paris–Roubaix Espoirs. In 2019, the race faced "imminent cancellation" due to difficulty finding sponsors. German cyclist John Degenkolb, 2015 winner of the elite Paris–Roubaix race, started a GoFundMe campaign to help fund the race. The fundraiser passed its goal of €10,000 within 24 hours, including €2,500 from Degenkolb himself. In 2020, the organizers of Paris–Roubaix named a 4-star sector of cobblestones after Degenkolb, in recognition of his efforts to help the junior race continue. The 2020 edition was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the 2021 edition moved from April to 3 October. Down Under Classic
The Down Under Classic (currently known as the Villawood Men's Classic, and previously known as the Schwalbe Classic, People's Choice Classic, and Cancer Council Helpline Classic for sponsorship reasons), is a criterium around Rymill Park in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. It precedes the Tour Down Under. History Since the very first Tour Down Under in 1999, there has been a history of city-based circuit racing in Adelaide. For several years the Tour Down Under featured a race around the East End of Adelaide and through the centre of Adelaide around King William Street. Paris–Bourges is a French road bicycle race. The race originally started in Paris and ran to the town of Bourges in the Région Centre. However, in recent year with the length of races shortened it has become impossible to link the two cities and since 1996 the race has started in the town of Gien in the Loiret department which is south of Paris.
