Parviz Natel Khanlari ( fa, پرویز ناتل خانلری; March 20, 1914 – August 23, 1990) was an Iranian literary scholar, linguist, author, researcher, politician, and professor at Tehran University. Biography Parviz Natel Khanlari graduated from Tehran University in 1943 with a doctorate degree in Persian literature, and began his academic career in the faculty of arts and letters. He also studied linguistics at Paris University for two years. From then on, Khanlari founded a new course named history of Persian language in Tehran University. Apart from his academic career which continued until the 1979 revolution, Khanlari held numerous administrative positions in the Iran in the 1960s through the late 1970s. Parviz Moin ( fa, پرویز معین ''Parviz Mo'in'' born October 23, 1952, Valandan, Shahreza, Iran) is a fluid dynamicist. He is the Franklin P. and Caroline M. Johnson Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University. Moin has been listed as an ISI Highly Cited author in engineering. Biography Moin is from Iran, and now lives in California. Parviz Meshkatian ( Persian: پرويز مشكاتيان; May 15, 1955 – September 21, 2009) was an Iranian musician, composer, researcher and university lecturer. Biography Born in Nishapur, Meshkatian entered the Tehran Academy of Arts, where he studied music theory and was introduced to ''radif'' (the Persian classical music repertoire) by the masters Nour Ali Boroumand, Dariush Safvat, Mohammad Taghi Massoudieh, and Mehdi Barkeshli. Parviz Mazloomi ( fa, پرویز مظلومی, born 16 September 1954) is a former Iranian footballer who is the team manager of the Esteghlal. He played for Esteghlal and Tractor Sazi in the 1970s and 1980s. He also managed many clubs such as Saba Battery, Sanat Naft, Aboumoslem, Mes Kerman and Esteghlal. Parviz Fannizadeh ( fa, پرویز فنیزاده, January 27, 1938 – February 24, 1980) was an Iranian actor, film and television star. He was one of Iran's first method actors. Fanizadeh is best known for his roles as Mash Ghaasem in ''My Uncle Napoleon'' aka '' Daii jan Napelon'' and Hekmati in ِ''Downpour''. Career Fannizadeh was born and raised in Tehran. Parvez Imroz is an Indian human rights lawyer and a civil rights activist in Srinagar, the summer capital of the Jammu and Kashmir, India.
