The Parti Communautaire Européen (, PCE；''European Community Party'') was a pan-European nationalist political party based in Belgium that had a platform similar to National Bolshevism. The party was initially formed in 1965 by Jean-François Thiriart as a political group to work alongside his Europe-wide movement ''Jeune Europe''. European nationalism (sometimes called pan-European nationalism) is a form of pan-nationalism based on a pan-European identity. It is considered minor since the National Party of Europe disintegrated in the 1970s. It is distinct from Pro-Europeanism and European Federalism in being a chiefly neo-fascist ideology, as opposed to support of the European Union and European integration. National Bolshevism, whose supporters are known as National Bolsheviks and colloquially as Nazbols, is a syncretic political movement committed to combining ultranationalism and Bolshevik communism. Jean-François Thiriart
Jean-François Thiriart (; 22 March 1922, Brussels – 23 November 1992), often known as Jean Thiriart, was a Belgian far-right political theorist. Coming from a left-wing background, during the Second World War he was a collaborator with the Nazi Third Reich, as a result of which he served a prison sentence. In the 1960s, he founded and directed the transnational Jeune Europe (Young Europe) movement. He was the theorist of European national communism, a synthesis of revolutionary nationalism and Pan-European nationalism, a form of revolutionary nationalism transposed up to the scale of Europe as a unitary state. Jeune Europe (, "Young Europe") was a Neo-fascism, neo-fascist Pan-European nationalism, euro-nationalist movement formed by Jean Thiriart in Belgium. Emile Lecerf, a later editor of the ''Nouvel Europe Magazine'', was one of Thiriart's associates. The National Democracy (, ) is a francophone Belgian far-right political party. The party advocated a strong unitary Belgian nationalism, strongly opposed immigration, and reached out to Flemish voters. The party's acting leader is Marco Santi.
