Parque América (Grajaú)
Parque América is located in Mexico City's Polanco neighborhood. It hosts a bust of Pedro Domingo Murillo that was gifted by the government of Bolivia. A statue of Paul P. Harris, founder of Rotary International, is installed in the park. The Monument to Christopher Columbus was expected to be placed in the park in 2022, after being removed in 2020 from its original spot at Paseo de la Reforma. The Monument to Christopher Columbus (Spanish: ) is a statue by French sculptor Charles Cordier first dedicated in 1877. Paseo De La Reforma
Paseo de la Reforma (literally "Promenade of La Reforma, the Reform") is a wide avenue that runs diagonally across the heart of Mexico City. It was designed at the behest of Maximilian of Mexico, Emperor Maximilian by Ferdinand von Rosenzweig during the era of the Second Mexican Empire and modeled after the great boulevards of Europe, such as the in Vienna and the Champs-Élysées in Paris. The planned grand avenue was to link the National Palace (Mexico), National Palace with the imperial residence, Chapultepec Castle, which was then on the southwestern edge of town. The project was originally named Paseo de la Emperatriz ("Promenade of the Empress") in honor of Maximilian's consort Empress Carlota. The Museo Nacional del Virreinato (in Spanish, National Museum of the Viceroyalty of New Spain) is located in the former College of San Francisco Javier in Tepotzotlán, Mexico State, Mexico. Tepotzotlán () is a city and a municipality in the Mexico, Mexican state of Mexico. It is located northwest of Mexico City about a 45-minute drive along the Mexico City–Querétaro road at marker number 41.
