Open (band)
Open is a band. Background Drummer Pete Neville has been involved in the Sydney/Australian music scene for a number of years. He has recently completed a Masters in screen music at the Australian Film Television and Radio School. He was a member of jazz/rock band Trout Fishing in Quebec and plays percussion with hip hop band Resin Dogs and rockers You Am I You Am I are an Australian alternative rock band, fronted by its lead singer-songwriter and guitarist, Tim Rogers. They formed in December 1989 and are the first Australian band to have released three successive albums that have each debuted .... With guitarist and songwriter Daniel Pugliese, Pete Neville and Gabrielle Rogers formed Open in 2005. Performing live at famous Sydney venues such as The Basement, the live line-up has included Paul Bianco, Jack Friels, Paul Mason and Jak Housden. Resin Dogs
Resin Dogs is an Australian hip hop group, formed in Brisbane, Queensland in 1996. Resin Dogs are a loose collective, a cut and paste sample band who use live drums, live bass, and elements of hip hop via turntables and samplers to create all forms of ritual dance sounds. The Resin Dogs consist of Dave Atkins, DJ Katch, Dennis Kudelka, Jonothan Bolt and Tony McCall (both also of Final Days of Autumn), with regular guest appearances in Australia by Hau Latukefu (a.k.a. Hau) (Koolism), N'Fa Forster-Jones (a.k.a. Nfamas) ( 1200 Techniques) and on their overseas touring they appear with Abstract Rude (ATU) (US), Mystro (Natural Born Spitter) (UK), and BluRum13 (Canada). Biography The Resin Dogs were formed in 1996, releasing their debut EP, ''Grinnin, on their own label, Hydrofunk, in 1997. You Am I are an Australian alternative rock band, fronted by its lead singer-songwriter and guitarist, Tim Rogers. They formed in December 1989 and are the first Australian band to have released three successive albums that have each debuted at the number-one position on the ARIA Albums Chart: ''Hi Fi Way'' (February 1995), '' Hourly, Daily'' (July 1996) and '' #4 Record'' (April 1998).
