Oszkár Ács
Oszkár Ács (born 1969) is a musician, best known as the bass guitarist of Amber Smith. Early life and personal life Ács was born in Szeged, Hungary. He is the co-founder of Időrablók. He joined Amber Smith in 2002. He left the band in 2012 due to his deteriorating illness. Amber Smith Ács also wrote some songs for Amber Smith's eponymous record ( Amber Smith). In January 2013, Ács left the band. Imre Poniklo said that Ács was a creative member of the band and he thought of disbanding Amber Smith after the departure of Ács. In an interview with Recorder Blog, Ács said that Morrissey was his idol when he was invited to analyse Morrissey's World Peace Is None of Your Business release. On 16 October 2015, Ács played the bass on some songs at the 15th anniversary of Amber Smith in Budapest. Introspective (Amber Smith Album)
Introspective is the fourth studio album recorded by Amber Smith. The album was recorded at the Podium Studios in Budapest, Hungary in 2007. The album was mixed by Chris Brown, who previously worked on Radiohead's The Bends album, and it was mastered at Foon Mastering Studios in Belgium. The album was released by the Lithuanian label M.P.3 International as CD and digitally. The presentation of the album took a place on 29 February 2008 in the music club L'Amour, Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Eventually the album won the award of the best alternative record in Hungary in 2009. During the campaign of the album the videos were filmed for the songs Introspective and Select All/Delete All. On 1 December 2007, the first single, Introspective, was released from the eponymous album. The Fender Super was a guitar amplifier made by Fender between 1947 and 1963 and, as the Super Reverb, until 1981. History The Super evolved from the so-called Dual Professional, "often cited as the world's first twin-speaker amplifier," which was introduced in 1947. The Dual Professional had two slightly angled 10" Jensen speakers, and had two 6L6 tubes producing 18 watts. It was renamed the Super in the fall of 1947. The amplifier's circuit was changed in 1955 (until then it was identical to the Fender Pro, except for the speaker configuration) when the 6L6 tubes were exchanged for 6V6 tubes; the 1958 5F4 model was again equipped with 6L6 tubes, so its circuitry was again almost identical to that of the Pro (5E5-A model) and the Bandmaster (5E7 model). Ampeg ("amplified peg") is a manufacturer best known for its bass amplifiers. Originally established in 1946 in Linden, New Jersey by Everett Hull and Stanley Michaels as "Michael-Hull Electronic Labs," today Ampeg is part of the Yamaha Guitar Group. Electro-Harmonix (also commonly referred to as EHX) is a New York City-based company that makes electronic audio processors and sells rebranded vacuum tubes. Silvertone is a brand created and promoted by Sears for its line of consumer electronics and musical instruments from 1916 to 1972. Danelectro is a brand of musical instruments and accessories that was founded in Red Bank, New Jersey, in 1947. The company is known primarily for its string instruments that employed unique designs and manufacturing processes. The Danelectro company was sold to the Music Corporation of America (MCA) in 1966, moved to a much larger plant in Neptune City, New Jersey, and employed more than 500 people.
