Osvaldo Luiz Vital (born 9 January 1959), simply known as Osvaldo, is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a attacking midfielder. Career Formed in the youth sectors of Ponte Preta alongside Carlos Gallo and Edson Boaro, he was a highlight of the club, especially in the 1981 Campeonato Paulista where he was the team's top scorer in the competition. Osvaldo Zavala Giler (born 1978/1979) is an Ecuadorian jurist. He has been the registrar of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 17 April 2023 and has a five-year mandate. Early life and career Zavala Giler was born as son of Osvaldo Zavala Egas. He is a grandson of Jorge Zavala. Zavala Giler obtained an interest in criminal law and human rights from his grandfather, of whom he has stated was a large influence in his life. Valenti starred in several successful Italian movies of the late 1930s and early 1940s, such as the famous ''The Iron Crown'' and '' The Jester's Supper''. Osvaldo Sosa (26 January 1945 – 6 July 2020) was an Argentine football manager and player who worked as the manager of Atlético Tucumán in the Primera División Argentina. Playing career Sosa began his playing career in 1964 with Almagro. In 1966 he joined Primera División side Argentinos Juniors where he played over 100 games over his two stints with the club. Osvaldo Soriano (January 6, 1943 – January 29, 1997) was an Argentine journalist and writer. Biography Soriano was born in Mar del Plata, Argentina. He became a staff writer at '' La Opinión'' right from the start in 1971 when editor Jacobo Timerman founded the newspaper. ''La Opinión'' was permeated with progressive politics, and soon there was an attempt to squash the left-wing influence within the paper. After six months of not having any of his articles published, Soriano began writing a story in which a character named ''Osvaldo Soriano'' reconstructs the life of English actor Stan Laurel. He developed dramatic arrangements that retained strong elements of the walking beat of salon tango but also heralded the development of concert-style tango music.
