Ondřej Pavel
Ondřej Pavel (born 29 August 2000) is a Czech professional ice hockey forward for the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League (NHL). Playing career Amateur Pavel played junior hockey with Prague with youth club HC Kobra Praha before joining HC Sparta Praha junior under-18 team for the 2016–17 season. As a natural center, Pavel showed initial two-way potential in recording 7 goals and 21 points through 27 regular season games. Opting to continue his development in North America, Pavel as a 16-year old joined the Iowa Wild for the remainder of the season in the T1EHL. Selected in the 2017 NAHL entry draft in the 8th round, 182nd overall, Pavel began his first full junior season in the United States with the Minot Minotauros of the North American Hockey League. The Ontario Reign are a professional ice hockey team based in Ontario, California. They are the American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the National Hockey League's Los Angeles Kings. The team plays its home games at the Toyota Arena. The franchise is a relocation of the former Manchester Monarchs AHL franchise when several other franchises created a Pacific Division in 2015. The annual NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey Tournament is a college ice hockey tournament held in the United States by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to determine the top men's team in Division I. The Denver Pioneers are the sports teams of the University of Denver (DU). They play in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I, and have amassed 35 NCAA titles as of 2024, which is in the top 15 among all schools (24 in Skiing, 10 in men's ice hockey and 1 in men's lacrosse). Central Collegiate Hockey Association
The Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) is a college athletic conference in the Midwestern United States that participates in the NCAA's Division I as a hockey-only conference. The current CCHA began play in the 2021–22 season; a previous incarnation, which the current CCHA recognizes as part of its history, existed from 1971 to 2013. Four of its nine members are located in the state of Michigan, with three in Minnesota and one each in Ohio and South Dakota. It has also had teams located in Alaska, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Nebraska over the course of its existence.
