Olegario Vázquez Raña
Olegario Vázquez Raña (10 December 1935 – 28 March 2025) was a Mexican businessman who was the owner of several companies and the chairman and principal shareholder of Grupo Empresarial Ángeles. Sports career Vázquez Raña was a member of Mexico's shooting team at all Olympic Games from 1964 to 1976 and all world championships from 1966 to 1979. He was the national record-holder in many shooting disciplines and the world record-holder in air rifle (1973 and 1975). 2018 Summer Youth Olympics
The 2018 Summer Youth Olympics (), officially known as the III Summer Youth Olympic Games, and commonly known as Buenos Aires 2018, were an international multi-sport event, sports, cultural, and educational event held from 6 to 18 October 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. They were the first Youth Olympic Games held outside of Eurasia, and the first Summer Games held outside of Asia and the first to be held in the Western and Southern Hemispheres of Earth, hemispheres. It was the second Olympic Games held in South America after the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and was also the final Summer Youth Olympic Games under the President of the International Olympic Committee, IOC presidency of Thomas Bach as the subsequent Summer Youth Olympics in 2022 was postponed to 2026 as a result of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.
