Oleg Matytsin
Oleg Vasilyevich Matytsin (, born 19 May 1964) is a Russian professor and doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Corresponding Member of Russian Academy of Education and Honoured Doctor of Beijing Sport University, serving as Member of State Duma and Chairman of the Duma Committee on Physical Culture and Sport since September 2024. He served as Ministry of Sport (Russia), Minister of Sport of Russia from 2020 to May 2024 and has served as President (corporate title), President of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) from 2015 to 2021. He is also a member of the Presidential Council of the Russian Federation for the Development of Physical Culture and Sport, a member of the International Fair Play Committee, and Honorary President of the Russian Students Sport Union (RSSU). Beijing Sport University (BSU; ) is a public university located in Beijing, China. It is part of the 211 Project and Double First-Class Construction. The university is affiliated with the General Administration of Sport of China. History BSU was founded in 1953 as the Central Institute of Physical Education (). The Mikhail Mishustin's First Cabinet () was the federal government of Russia from 2020 to 2024, led by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The Cabinet was formed between 16 and 21 January 2020 and is the last one following the 2020 Russian constitutional referendum, constitutional reform of 2020 which has significantly changed the order of government formation.
