Observant Freemasonry (OF), sometimes called Observant Masonry (OM), European Concept (EC) or Traditional Observance (TO), is a movement within the fraternity of Freemasonry especially in Canada and the United States of America, distinguished by its commitment to the traditional, esoteric, and philosophical dimensions of the Freemasonry. Three dots (∴) also known as "tripunctual abbreviation" or "triple dot" is a symbol used all over the world in Freemasonry for Masonic abbreviations, abbreviations, signatures, and symbolic representation. The symbol predates Freemasonry, appearing in various contexts: * Mathematical notation ...

It has a growing, but minority presence in most of continental Europe, West and North Africa and most Latin American countries.
