João Mário Grilo
João Mário Lourenço Bagão Grilo (born 8 November 1958) is a Portuguese film director, author and professor, born in Figueira da Foz. He attended economics at the University of Coimbra but dropped out. In 1983, he graduated in sociology at Lisbon's ISCTE and in 1994 earned a Ph.D. in communication sciences from the NOVA University Lisbon NOVA University Lisbon ( pt, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, ), or just NOVA, is a Portuguese public university whose rectorate is located in Campolide, Lisbon. Carlos Daniel Cevada Teixeira (born 11 July 1994) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for C.D. Nacional as a winger or an attacking midfielder. Club career Born in Figueira da Foz, Coimbra District, Daniel joined U.D. Leiria's youth system in 2009. On 14 May 2011, aged 16 years, 10 months and 3 days, he became the second youngest player to ever appear as a professional for the club, featuring eight minutes in a 3–3 Primeira Liga away draw against S.L. The award is handed out annually by the United States Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to a feature-length motion picture produced outside the United States that contains primarily non-English dialogue. Thirty-nine Portuguese films have been submitted to the Academy for consideration for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. As of the 94th Academy Awards, no Portuguese film has been nominated for the award; Portugal currently holds the record of the most submissions without an Oscar nomination.
