Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) is a post-secondary education institution and statutory board under the purview of the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Established in 1963, the polytechnic is renowned for its business programmes. History Ngee Ann Polytechnic was founded in 1963 with 116 students as the Ngee Ann College by The Ngee Ann Kongsi, offering courses in language, commerce and technology. Anthony Chen
Anthony Chen (; born 18 April 1984) is a Singaporean film director, screenwriter and film producer. He is known for directing the feature films ''Ilo Ilo'' (2013) and '' Wet Season'' (2019). His debut feature film, ''Ilo Ilo,'' won the Camera d'Or at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival, making him the first and only Singaporean to have been awarded at Cannes. Shane Pow (, born 4 October 1990) is a Singaporean actor and was named as one of the 8 Dukes of Caldecott Hill. Education and early life Pow has an elder sister. He was educated at Woodlands Ring Secondary School and Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Medalina "Maddy" Barber (née Tan; born 3 November 1973) is a Singaporean radio presenter and former actress.
