Nesodden
Nesodden is a municipality in Akershus in Viken county, Norway. It is part of the traditional region of Follo. The administrative centre of the municipality is Nesoddtangen. The parish of ''Næsodden'' was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt). The new municipality of Oppegård was separated from Nesodden on 1 July 1915. Nesoddtangen is a village and the administrative centre of the municipality of Nesodden in Akershus, Norway. Nesoddtangen is located on the tip of the peninsula between the inner Oslofjord (''Indre Oslofjord'') and its arm Bunnefjorden. Fagerstrand
Fagerstrand is a village in the municipality of Nesodden, in the county of Viken, in the country of Norway. It is south of Oslo on the peninsula of Nesodden. Fagerstrand has 1977 inhabitants (2006) making it the second largest village on Nesodden. "Fagerstrand" in English means "beautiful beach" or "fair beach". Fagerstrand is a small village with two grocery stores, two hair salons and one bar. There are two schools in Fagerstrand: ''Myklerud skole'' (elementary school) and ''Bakkeløkka ungdomsskole'' ( junior high school). Fagerstrand is also the name of a reality show that was shot in Fagerstrand and aired on TV 2 during the first half of 2005. In the show, 12 couples built a house together. Fjellstrand, Norway
Fjellstrand is a village in Nesodden municipality, Akershus, Norway. The population was 832 as at 2005. A hairdresser and a grocery store can be found near the central bus stop of Fjellstrand. A relatively rocky beach at the ironically named Paradise Bay is one of the few tourist attractions in this area. Fjellstrand reached its peak in the 1920s, when it was the biggest rural district on the Nesodden peninsula, and beloved as a cabin area for the wealthy white collar workers of western Oslo. Since then, the importance of this place has been steadily declining. Bunnefjorden

Follo (old spelling Foldouge) is one of three traditional and judicional districts in the former fylke (county) of Akershus, Norway - south east of Oslo towards the former county of Østfold, the other two regions being Romerike (east of Oslo following european route E6 going east and then north in Norway) and Asker og Bærum (west of Oslo). Akershus
Akershus () is a traditional region and current electoral district in Norway, with Oslo as its main city and traditional capital. It is named after the Akershus Fortress in Oslo. Oppegård is an area in Nordre Follo, Viken, Norway. Oppegård was a municipality in the former county Akershus. It is part of the traditional region of Follo. The administrative centre of the municipality was the village of Kolbotn. The municipality of Oppegård was separated from the municipality of Nesodden on 1 July 1915. Oppegård municipality had an area of , hence it was the smallest municipality in Akershus by area. On 1 January 2020, Oppegård municipality was merged with Ski into the new Nordre Follo municipality. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. Bjørnemyr is a Norwegian village located on the west coast of the municipality of Nesodden Nesodden is a municipality in Akershus in Viken county, Norway. Viken (county)
Viken is a county under disestablishment in Eastern Norway that was established on 1 January 2020 by the merger of Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold with the addition of three other municipalities. Viken was controversial from the onset, with an approval rating of about 20% in the region, and the merger was resisted by all the three counties. Viken has been compared to gerrymandering. The county executive of Viken determined in 2019, before the merger had taken effect, that the county's disestablishment is its main political goal, and the formal process to dissolve Viken was initiated by the county executive in right after the 2021 Norwegian parliamentary election in which parties seeking to reverse the merger won a majority.
