Ávila ( , , ) is a Spanish city located in the autonomous community of Castile and León. It is the capital and most populated municipality of the Province of Ávila. Road bicycle racing is the cycle sport discipline of road cycling, held primarily on Road surface, paved roads. Relax–GAM Fuenlabrada (''UCI Code'': REG) was a professional cycling team based in Spain. It participated in UCI Europe Tour and when selected as a wildcard to UCI ProTour events. The Tour of Qinghai Lake is an annual professional road bicycle racing stage race held in the Qinghai province of China since 2002 and is named after Qinghai Lake. The race is sanctioned by the International Cycling Union (UCI) as a 2.HC race as part of the UCI Asia Tour. The race was to become part of the new UCI ProSeries The UCI ProSeries is the second tier men's elite road bicycle racer, road cycling tour. It was inaugurated in 2020 UCI ProSeries, 2020.
