North–South Express Railway
The North–South express railway () is a planned High-speed rail, high speed railway in Vietnam. The line would begin in Thanh Trì district, Thanh Trì and end in Thủ Đức, connecting the two most urbanised areas in the country: Hanoi in the North, and Ho Chi Minh City in the South. This project is part of the country's railway transport development strategy by 2020 with a vision to 2050. The project is also part of the Trans-Asian railway network. Noi Bai International Airport
Nội Bài International Airport in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is the country’s second largest and busiest international airport for passenger traffic, after Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. It is currently the main airport serving Hanoi, replacing the role of Gia Lam Airport. The airport consists of two passenger terminals and a cargo terminal. Terminal 1 serves domestic flights, and Terminal 2 (inaugurated on 4 January 2015) serves all international flights to and from Hanoi. Vinh () is the capital of Nghệ An province and an economic and cultural center of North-Central Vietnam. A key point in the East–West economic corridor linking Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, the city is situated in the Southeast of the province, alongside the Lam River and is located on the main North–South transportation route of Vietnam, making it accessible by highway, railroad, boat and air. North–South Expressway East
The North–South Expressway East (Vietnamese: ''Đường cao tốc Bắc–Nam phía Đông'') is an expressway in Vietnam located very close to National Route 1 (Vietnam), National Route 1, acting as an artery traversing the entirety of Vietnam from North to South. Similar to National Route 1, the expressway starts from Lạng Sơn and ends at Cà Mau. At the northern border, the expressway will connect to G7211 Nanning-Youyiguan Expressway, Nanning-Youyiguan Expressway in China. The project has a total length of , starting at Huu Nghi border gate (Lạng Sơn) and terminating at the ring road of Cà Mau city. Official development assistance (ODA) is a category used by the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to measure foreign aid. The DAC first adopted the concept in 1969. It is widely used as an indicator of international aid flow. It refers to material resources given by the governments of richer countries to promote the economic development of poorer countries and the welfare of their people. The donor government agency may disburse such resources to the government of the recipient country or through other organizations. Most ODA is in the form of grants, but some is measured as the concessional value in soft (low-interest) loans. Nguyễn Minh Thuyết (born 1948) is a Vietnamese legislator, serving since the Eleventh National Assembly from 2002 to 2007 and was reelected in the Twelfth National Assembly which will last until 2012.
