Demographics As of the census of 2020, there were 2,458 people living in the neighborhood. There were 1,438 housing units. The racial makeup of the neighborhood was 12.3% White, 79.9% Black or African American, 0.3% Native American, 0.4% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 2.1% from some other race, and 4.9% from two or more races. 2.5% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
