Norm Roberts
Norman Roberts (born July 21, 1965) is a former men's college basketball coach who was most recently an assistant coach at the University of Kansas. He also is the former head coach at St. John's University (New York City), St. John's University. Early life Roberts attended Springfield Gardens High School, where he was a teammate of Anthony Mason (basketball), Anthony Mason. Coaching career Roberts's first coaching opportunity came when Jack Curran hired him as coach of the freshman team at Archbishop Molloy High School. In 1991 Roberts became head coach at Queens College, City University of New York, Queens College, a position he held until 1995. Kansas Jayhawks Men's Basketball
The Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball program is the college basketball, intercollegiate men's basketball program of the University of Kansas. The program is classified in the National Collegiate Athletic Association, NCAA's NCAA Division I, Division I and the team competes in the Big 12 Conference. Archbishop Molloy High School
Archbishop Molloy High School (also called Molloy, Archbishop Molloy, or AMHS) is a four-year private, college preparatory, Catholic school for grades 9–12, located on on 83-53 Manton Street, Briarwood, Queens, New York. 2023 Big 12 Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2023 Big 12 Men's Basketball Tournament was a postseason men's basketball tournament for the Big 12 Conference. It was played from March 8 to 11 in Kansas City, Missouri at the T-Mobile Center. Texas won the tournament to earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2023 NCAA Tournament. The tournament was sponsored by Phillips 66. Seeds All ten teams participated in the tournament. It was the final season with the 10-team bracket format, as the Big 12 expanded to 14 teams for the 2023–24 season before going to 16 in 2024–25. The top six teams received a first-round bye. 2021–22 Kansas Jayhawks Men's Basketball Team
The 2021–22 Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball team represented the University of Kansas in the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season, which was the Jayhawks' 124th basketball season. The Jayhawks, members of the Big 12 Conference, played their home games at Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence, Kansas. They were led by 19th year Hall of Fame head coach Bill Self. The Jayhawks finished the season 34–6 and won their 4th NCAA Tournament National Championship, their first since 2008, and their 6th National Championship overall. Billy Donovan
William John Donovan Jr. (born May 30, 1965) is an American professional basketball coach and former player who is the head coach of the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Before moving to the NBA, he served as the head basketball coach at the University of Florida from 1996 to 2015, and led his Florida Gator teams to back-to-back NCAA championships in 2006 and 2007, as well as an NCAA championship appearance in 2000. Donovan was born and raised in Rockville Centre on Long Island, New York, where he played basketball at St. Agnes Cathedral High School. Mike Jarvis
Michael D. Jarvis (born April 12, 1945) is an American college basketball coach most recently as head men's basketball coach at Florida Atlantic University. He has coached at Boston University, George Washington University and St. John's University. He also has worked as a commentator for college basketball games on ESPN. His career college coaching record in over 18 seasons is 364–201. Kevin Clark (basketball)
Kevin Clark (born May 31, 1958) is an assistant men's basketball coach at Towson University. He is probably most well known for his stint as the interim head coach at St. John's during the 2003–2004 season. Clark was hired by Mike Jarvis as an assistant at George Washington in 1994, and followed him to St. John's in 1998. In December 2003, Jarvis was fired after a 2-4 start, and Clark was named as his replacement for the rest of the season. Glenn Braica
Glenn Braica (born September 16, 1964) is an American college basketball coach, currently an assistant coach at Fairfield University. He was previously the head coach at St. Francis College from 2010 until the program was cut in 2023. Braica was born in Brooklyn, New York and is an alumnus of Bishop Ford High School and Queens College.
