Toomas Luman
Toomas Luman (born 30 October 1959) is an Estonian entrepreneur. He has been the chairman of Nordecon's council. He is the chairman of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2006, he was awarded by Order of the White Star The Order of the White Star (; ) was instituted in 1936. Science Centre AHHAA ( Estonian: ''Teaduskeskus AHHAA'') is a science centre located in Tartu, Estonia, and is currently the largest science centre in the Baltic states. In a corporation, a stakeholder is a member of "groups without whose support the organization would cease to exist", as defined in the first usage of the word in a 1963 internal memorandum at the Stanford Research Institute. Lõunakeskus ('Southern Center') is a shopping and entertainment complex in Tartu, Estonia. It is the biggest shopping center in South Estonia.
