Noid (Tyler, The Creator Song)
"Noid" is a 2024 song by American rapper and producer Tyler, the Creator, released as the lead single from his eighth studio album, ''Chromakopia''. The song focuses on the paranoia (cf. "para''noid''") experienced by Tyler as a figure in the public eye. It was released alongside a music video featuring American actress Ayo Edebiri. The song samples "Nizakupanga Ngozi" by Zambian band Ngozi Family from their 1977 album ''45,000 Volts''. The song features background vocals by Willow Smith. The vocal sample features lead singer Paul Ngozi singing in his native Nyanja language about being respectful when visiting his home. Music video The music video was directed by Tyler, the Creator, under his Wolf Haley alias, on October 21, 2024. Tyler Gregory Okonma (born March 6, 1991), known professionally as Tyler, the Creator, is an American rapper and record producer. He is one of the founding members of the music collective Odd Future. Okonma self-released his debut mixtape ''Bastard'' in 2009 and rapidly gained attention among the online music press for his horrorcore-influenced sound and violent, transgressive lyrical content. His debut studio album ''Goblin'' (2011), brought him mainstream exposure aided by the popularity of the single "Yonkers" and its accompanying music video. During this period, Odd Future gained rapid popularity and Okonma faced controversy over his lyrics. Nyanja Language
Chewa (also known as Nyanja, ) is a Bantu language spoken in much of Southern, Southeast and East Africa, namely the countries of Malawi , where it is an official language, and Mozambique and Zambia. The noun class prefix ''chi-'' is used for languages, so the language is usually called and (spelled in Portuguese). The Polish music charts are provided by ZPAV, the Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry (Polish: Związek Producentów Audio-Video). Albums charts In the 1970s and the 1980s, Polish music monthly ''Non Stop'' published a year-end list of the best selling albums in Poland. In the mid-1990s, two monthly sales lists were launched and published in music magazines. The first one was a top 50 compiled by ZPAV, based on shipment, not sales, which continues to be published to date. The other was a top 100 called Gorąca Setka (English: Hot 100), printed monthly in ''Gazeta Muzyczna''.
