Nike Hoop Summit
The Nike Hoop Summit is an international basketball all-star game sponsored by Nike, Inc., Nike, held once a year, which features the USA Basketball Men's Junior Select Team against a World Select Team of international players. The players demonstrate their skills and hope to attract attention from either National Basketball Association, NBA scouts or college basketball, colleges. A number of current NBA players have participated in this event in the past. In the 2010 edition of the event, Enes Kanter scored 34 points and surpassed the event's record of 33 points set by Dirk Nowitzki in 1998. In 2012, Shabazz Muhammad scored 35 points to break Kanter's scoring record. Moda Center
Moda Center, formerly known as the Rose Garden, is the primary indoor sports arena in Portland, Oregon, United States. It is used for basketball, rodeos, circuses, conventions, ice shows, concerts, and dramatic productions. The arena has a capacity of 20,500 spectators when configured for basketball. It is equipped with state-of-the-art acoustics and other amenities. The arena is owned by the City of Portland. The primary tenant is the Portland Trail Blazers NBA franchise, owned by Paul Allen's estate. In addition, the Portland WNBA team will make its debut in the arena in 2026. Olumide Oyedeji (born 11 May 1981) is a Nigerian former professional basketball center. He is now President oHoops N' Readbasketball club. He played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for three seasons. He is the President of Nigeria Olympian Association (NOA), and the Vice President of Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC). Professional career Oyedeji played at the 1999 and 2000 Nike Hoop Summits. He was selected by the Seattle SuperSonics, in the 2nd round (42nd overall) of the 2000 NBA draft. Anicet “AJ” Dybantsa Jr. (born January 29, 2007) is an American high school basketball player for Utah Prep. He is rated as the number one player in the 2025 class after reclassifying from the 2026 class.
