The Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) is the official governing body of the sport of cricket in Nigeria. Its current headquarters is in Lagos. The NCF is Nigeria's representative at the International Cricket Council (ICC) and has been an associate member of that body since 2002. The International Cricket Council (ICC) is the global Sports governing body, governing body of cricket. It was founded as the Imperial Cricket Conference in 1909 by representatives from Australia, England, and South Africa. The Africa Cricket Association (ACA) is an international body which coordinates the development of Cricket in Africa. The ACA was founded in 1997. It is subordinate to the International Cricket Council, the council is the continent's regional administrative body, and currently has 23 member associations.
