Nicolas Kühn
Nicolas-Gerrit Kühn (born 1 January 2000) is a German professional footballer who plays as a winger or forward for Italian club Como. Club career Early years Born in Wunstorf, Hanover Region, Kühn began playing football at TSV Klein Heidorn and 1. FC Wunstorf, before joining the youth academy of FC St. Pauli, where he played for two years. In 2011, Kühn moved to Hannover 96, where he joined the U13 team. In the 2014–15 season, at the age of 15, he had already made two appearances for their U17 team in the Under 17 Bundesliga. For the 2015–16 season, Kühn moved to the U17 team of RB Leipzig, for whom he scored 18 goals in 22 appearances in the Under 17 Bundesliga. In the 2016–17 season, the striker scored 6 goals in 13 matches in the Under 17 Bundesliga, but fell out with a high ankle sprain. UEFA Youth League
The UEFA Youth League is an annual club football competition organised by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) since 2013. In its current format, it is contested by the under-19 teams of the clubs competing in the UEFA Champions League league phase, plus the domestic youth champions of the best-ranked national associations. The semi-finals and final matches have been traditionally played at the Colovray Stadium in Nyon, Switzerland, although for the 2022–23 edition, they were moved to the Stade de Genève due to increased interest in the tournament from the supporters of the participating clubs. The Under 19 Bundesliga (German: ''A-Junioren Bundesliga'') is the highest level in German Under 19 football. It was created in 2003 and is divided in three divisions (Nord/Nordost, West und Süd/Südwest) with 14 teams each. The winner of each divisions and the second-placed team from the Süd/Südwest division join the play-offs for the German U19 champions. The forerunner of the Under 19 Bundesliga was the ''A-Jugend-Regionalliga''. High Ankle Sprain
A high ankle sprain, also known as a syndesmotic ankle sprain (SAS), is a sprain of the syndesmotic ligaments that connect the tibia and fibula in the lower leg, thereby creating a mortise and tenon joint for the ankle. High ankle sprains are described as high because they are located above the ankle. They comprise approximately 15% of all ankle sprains. Unlike the common lateral ankle sprains, when ligaments around the ankle are injured through an inward twisting, high ankle sprains are caused when the lower leg and foot externally rotates (twists out).
