The 1980–81 Cupa României was the 43rd edition of Romania's most prestigious Association football, football Single-elimination tournament, cup competition. The title was won by CS Universitatea Craiova, Universitatea Craiova against FC Politehnica Timișoara, Politehnica Timişoara. Format The competition is an annual Single-elimination tournament, knockout tournament.
