Niclas Hävelid
Niclas Anders Hävelid (born April 12, 1973) is a Swedish former professional ice hockey defenceman who last played for Linköpings HC of the Swedish Swedish Hockey League, Elitserien during the 2012–13 season. He won a gold medal with Sweden men's national ice hockey team, Team Sweden at the 2006 Winter Olympics. Playing career While born in Stockholm, he was raised in Enköping, roughly 78 km west of his birthplace. Hävelid began his hockey career playing locally around his home of Enköping in Division 1 of the Swedish Ice Hockey Association, SIHA. After two seasons with the Enköping he played with the Arlanda Wings for the 1990–1991 season. The following year, he moved to AIK Hockey, AIK, a team based in Stockholm. He continued with AIK Hockey, AIK until the 1998–99 season when he went to the Malmö Redhawks. Jason Krog
Jason Krog (born October 9, 1975) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre, last under contract with Lørenskog IK in the Norwegian GET-ligaen (GET). He has been the skills and skating coach with the Vancouver Canucks since June 10, 2024. Playing career A native of British Columbia, Krog began his junior career in the BCJHL with the Chilliwack Chiefs. He played with the Chiefs for three seasons, culminating in a 128-point season in 1994–95. The following season, he began a four-year tenure with the University of New Hampshire, notching 238 points (94 goals, 144 assists) in 152 games from 1995 to 1999. In 1998–99, Krog was awarded the Hobey Baker Award as the top collegiate hockey player. Undrafted, he was signed as a free agent by the New York Islanders on May 14, 1999. The medial collateral ligament (MCL), also called the superficial medial collateral ligament (sMCL) or tibial collateral ligament (TCL), is one of the major ligaments of the knee. Anterior Cruciate Ligament
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of a pair of cruciate ligaments (the other being the posterior cruciate ligament) in the human knee. The two ligaments are called "cruciform" ligaments, as they are arranged in a crossed formation. In the quadruped stifle joint (analogous to the knee), based on its anatomical position, it is also referred to as the cranial cruciate ligament. The term cruciate is Latin for cross.
