Neşe Aybey (; 2 March 1930 – 4 January 2015), also written Neş'e Aybey, was a Turkish painter, Miniature art, miniaturist and academic in the field of miniature art, one of the ''Traditional Turkish Arts'' and part of the Ottoman Book Arts. She was the older sister of sculptor Gürdal Duyar. Biography Neşe Aybey was born as Neşe Duyar on 2 March 1930 as the second child of Fikri Duyar and Nezahat Duyar (). She was the older sister of sculptor Gürdal Duyar (1935–2004) and younger sister of Erdal Duyar (1927–1975). She was married to Hasan Rauf Aybey (1921–2005), an internist-medical doctor and poet. Neşe Erberk (born October 14, 1964) is a Turkish people, Turkish businesswoman, a former model (person), fashion model, beauty contestant and Miss Europe 1984. Biography She was born on October 14, 1964, in Istanbul, Turkey. She completed her education at Robert College and Boğaziçi University. Neşecan Göktürk (born 1 April 1947), better known as Neşe Karaböcek, is a Turkish singer and considered one of the main artists of Turkish Arabesque music, a fusion of traditional Turkish and world music influences and adaptations of international sounds. Neşe Mercan (born 19 September 1994) is a Turkish female Paralympian goalball player. She is a member of the national team. Early years Neşe Mercan was born in İskenderun of Hatay Province, Turkey on 19 September 1994. Sporting career Mercan was a member of the women's national goalball team at the 2016 Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She won the gold medal with her teammates at the Paralympics. Neşe Şensoy Yıldız (born 10 June 1974 in Istanbul) is a Turkish judoka, who competed in the women's extra-lightweight category. She held two Turkish senior titles in her own division, and picked up a total of twenty medals in her career, including a gold from the 2001 Mediterranean Games in Tunis, Tunisia, a silver from the 2006 European Judo Championships in Tampere, Finland, and a bronze from the 2003 World Judo Championships in Osaka, Japan. Yildiz represented her nation Turkey in two editions of the Olympic Games (2000 and 2004), where she failed to reach the quarterfinals in the 48-kg division. Neşe Yaşın (born February 12, 1959), is a Turkish Cypriot poet and author. Early life Neşe Yaşın was born in Nicosia to Turkish-Cypriot parents. Her father is the accomplished poet and author Özker Yaşın and she is the sister of the award-winning poet Mehmet Yaşın. After graduating from Türk Maarif Koleji, Yaşın completed her undergraduate education at Middle East Technical University where she studied sociology.
