Netanya Stadium
Miriam Stadium (), commonly known as The Diamond Stadium, is a multi-use stadium in Netanya, Israel. It is used as the permanent home ground of Maccabi Netanya F.C., Maccabi Netanya, and it has been used as the temporary homeground of Hapoel Hadera F.C., Hapoel Hadera. The stadium also serves the Israel national football team for some select home matches, as well as the main home ground of the Israel national under-19 football team as of 2021. History On 30 September 2003, Internal Affairs Minister of Israel, Minister of Internal Affairs Avraham Poraz approved the plan to build the stadium in an area called Birkat Hanoun. The plan was for a 24,000-seat stadium, consisting of four separate stands. The first two stands under construction will be the main east and west grandstands. UEFA Stadium Categories
UEFA stadium categories are categories for football stadiums laid out in UEFA's Stadium Infrastructure Regulations. Using these regulations, stadiums are rated as category one, two, three, or four (renamed from elite) in ascending ranking order. These categories replaced the previous method of ranking stadiums on one to five star scale in 2006. UEFA does not publish lists of stadiums fulfilling the criteria for any of the categories defined in the UEFA Stadium Infrastructure Regulations, but all assigned stadium categories are visible in UEFA's TIME platform, which is not open to the general public. The 2012–13 Israel State Cup (, ''Gvia HaMedina'') was the 74th season of Israel's nationwide football cup competition and the 59th after the Israeli Declaration of Independence. It began on 31 August 2012, while the final was held in Netanya Stadium on 8 May 2013. Ahmad Saba'a
Ahmad Saba'a (or Ahmed Saba, , ; born 24 May 1980) is an Arab-Israeli former footballer. Biography Ahmad Saba'a was born in Majd al-Kurum, Israel, to a Muslim-Arab family. His cousin Dia Saba'a is a footballer as well. In 2010, Saba'a founded his own football school, operating in his hometown of Majd al-Kurum. The school has 180 protégés and its main goal is to bring local talent from Majd al-Kurum to the second and first division leagues in Israel. He is a cousin of Israeli professional footballer Dia Saba. Club career Hapoel Majd al-Kurum Ahmad grew up in the youth ranks of Hapoel Majd al-Krum and made his debut for the senior side in 1997. Sar-Tov Stadium (, ''Itztadion Sar-Tov''), commonly known as HaKufsa (, lit. ''The Box'') was a football stadium in Netanya, Israel. It was used mostly for football matches and was the home stadium of Maccabi Netanya.
