Nenad Bjeković (footballer, Born 1974)
Nenad Bjeković Jr. (born 17 February 1974) is a Serbian retired footballer who played mainly as a striker. Club career After starting his career with Partizan, Bjeković made a move to French giants Marseille in 1995, but failed to make an impression and he left the club after only one season. Over the next two seasons, Bjeković had short spells with Nantes and Châteauroux, before returning to Partizan in the 1998–99 season. In the summer of 1999, Bjeković moved to Greece by joining his former head coach and compatriot Ljubiša Tumbaković at AEK Athens, but he stayed in the Greek capital only one season. Bjeković also played in the Dutch Eredivisie with Fortuna Sittard and in the Belgian First Division with Lommel. Personal life His father Nenad was a renowned footballer who played for Partizan and Nice in the 1970s. The 1999–2000 Greek Football Cup was the 58th edition of the Greek Football Cup. Tournament details Totally 56 teams participated, 18 from Alpha Ethniki, 18 from Beta, and 20 from Gamma. The Greek Football Cup (), commonly known as the Greek Cup or Betsson Greek Cup for sponsorship reasons is a Greek football competition, run by the Hellenic Football Federation. The Greek Cup is the second-most important domestic men's football event, after the championship of Super League. 1991–92 Yugoslav Cup
The 1991–92 Football Cup of Yugoslavia was the national knock-out football competition in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which was held during the breakup of the state. The republics of Croatia and Slovenia declared their independence on 25 June 1991, during the football off-season. By the Brioni Agreement, the two republics delayed the implementation of independence until 8 October. While the two countries were nominally still part of Yugoslavia, their clubs withdrew from the Yugoslav football system. Over the course of the competition, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina declared independence on 8 September 1991, and on 5 March 1992, respectively.
