Nelson Mandela Boulevard (Jordan Street) Tehran
Nelson Mandela Boulevard () (old name: Jordan Street and Africa Boulevard) still known as Jordan is an affluent and upper-class district in northern Tehran, and some people draw similarities between Jordan District as being much like the Kensington area in London, United Kingdom as the area is a mixture of residential and commercial locale, filled with the homes and businesses of many politicians, diplomats, expatriates, and artists. Before the Iranian Revolution in 1979 it was called Jordan Street, named after the American Presbyterian missionary Samuel M. Jordan and used to be one of the most popular avenue in Tehran, Iran. Renamed Nelson Mandela Boulevard in recent years, it is amongst the most famous streets in north Tehran after Valiasr Street which is the longest conventional street in the Middle East, spanning a south–north axis. Elahieh
Elahieh (; also spelt Elahiyeh) is a neighborhood in northern Tehran and the Shemiran district. It is bounded by Tajrish to the north, Valiasr Street and Modarres Expressway to the west, Sadr Bridge to the south, and Shariati Street to the east. Elahieh is located in District 1 of Tehran Municipality and within Shemiranat County. This area hosts many diplomatic buildings and residences for foreign nationals. Elahieh is considered one of the wealthiest areas in Tehran. While it is now a residential area with expensive apartments, it was previously home to large, privately owned gardens. It is home to the Iranian Art Museum Garden. According to the Divar website, the most expensive houses and shops per square meter are located in Elahieh and Kamranieh. Shahid Haghani Expressway (Highway) is an expressway in Tehran. It starts from Resalat Expressway and ends in Vanak Square. Mirdamad Boulevard
Mirdamad Boulevard is the center of Davoodiyeh district in the north of Tehran. The boulevard starts from Valiasr Street in its west and continues eastward passing Mother Square up to Shariati street. Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran is located in this boulevard. Mirdamad Boulevard has regional, cultural and commercial importance. In 2022, this was one of the streets on which Iranians protested along as part of the Woman, Life, Freedom movement. There are some other important buildings in this boulevard too, for example Eskan towers, Paytakht Computer Center and Arian Mall. There are also some classy boutiques and malls in Mirdamad, most of which located at the eastern part of the street, near Maadar Square (commonly known as Mohseni) where you can find high-end shops and this district is popular among youth of the region.
