Mustafa Necdet Üruğ (19 February 1921 – 18 April 2021) was a Turkish general and the nephew of Faruk Gürler. Necdet Uran
Necdet Uran (1910 14 February 1973) was an admiral in the Turkish Naval Forces who served as the 5th commander-in-chief of the Navy from 20 June 1961 to 16 August 1968. He commanded the Turkish Naval Academy from 1952 and 1954, ''TCG Gaziantep'', a Tinaztepe-class destroyer, and commander of Naval Fleet. Biography Uran was born in Istanbul. He received his early education from Naval High School. He obtained his graduation from the Turkish Naval Academy as an ensign in 1930. Necdet Ünüvar (born 6 June 1960) is a Turkish politician from the Justice and Development Party (AKP), who has served as a Member of Parliament for Adana since 22 July 2007. He is currently the rector of Ankara University. Biography Born in the district of Ceyhan, Adana, he graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine, becoming a docent and later a professor after taking on various roles in different hospitals. Necdet Uğur (full name Mustafa Necdet Uğur; 1 January 1923 – 27 September 2004) was a Turkish politician in Turkey. Early life and education He was born in 1923 in Mecitözü in Çorum Province. In 1944 he graduated from the Faculty of Political Science, of Ankara University. He served as chief security director of several Turkish Provinces including Istanbul and İzmir. Necdet Turhan (born 1957) is a Turkish visually impaired mountaineer and national athlete for long-distance running. In 2017 he completed a project that called for running five marathons on five different continents, and climbing five summits in five different continents. Early life Necdet Turhan was born in Balıkesir, Turkey, in 1957. He was schooled in Bursa due to his father's professional assignment. He lost his eyesight due to a corneal disease which began when he was 23. Necdet Tosun (3 August 1926 – 10 May 1975) was a Turkish actor and film producer. Biography Born in Burhaniye, Tosun started out in life working in the hospitality industry. His appearance attracted a film crew that arrived in Burhaniye. Since then, Tosun made his mark in the black and white period in Turkish cinema and starred in over 400 films during his lifetime. Ahmet Necdet Sezer (; born 13 September 1941) is a Turkish statesman and judge who served as the tenth president of Turkey from 2000 to 2007. Previously, he was president of the Constitutional Court of Turkey from January 1998 to May 2000. The Grand National Assembly of Turkey elected Sezer as president in 2000 after Süleyman Demirel's seven-year term expired. He was succeeded by Abdullah Gül in 2007.
