Natália Milanová
Natália Milanová (''née'' Gálisová; born 12 June 1982 in Bratislava) is a Slovak politician who has served as the Minister of Culture in the Government of Slovakia since 2020. She was appointed by Prime Minister Igor Matovič after the 2020 election. Having worked for the OĽaNO movement since 2014, Milanová was elected in the 2016 Slovak parliamentary election, running on the OĽaNO candidate list from twelfth place. She was not elected as a Member of Parliament with 1,737 votes (0.6%), but elected as a substitute from 22nd place. She took the oath of office on 30 January 2018. Heger's Cabinet
The Cabinet of Eduard Heger was the 12th government of Slovakia, led by Prime Minister Eduard Heger. It was originally a four-party majority coalition government composed of Ordinary People and Independent Personalities (OĽaNO), We Are Family, Freedom and Solidarity (SaS), and For the People. Following a coalition crisis in summer of 2022, SaS left the government, which resulted in a minority government. The Cabinet was appointed by the President of Slovakia Zuzana Čaputová on 1 April 2021 and was approved by the National Council on 4 May 2021. It was formed after the previous Prime Minister Igor Matovič and his government had resigned, ending a month-long coalition crisis which started because of a controversial Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine purchase by Matovič. 2016 Slovak Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Slovakia on 5 March 2016 to elect the 150 members of the National Council. The ruling left-wing populist Direction – Social Democracy (Smer) party remained the strongest party, but lost its majority. The Slovak Democratic and Christian Union – Democratic Party (SDKÚ–DS), which led the government between 2000–06 and 2010–12, was defeated heavily, failing to cross the electoral threshold and losing its representation in the National Council. OĽaNO Politicians
Slovakia (), known as Ordinary People and Independent Personalities (, OĽANO) until 2023, is a populist political party in Slovakia.
