Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the program at the Atlanta 1996 Summer Olympics. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix was the 22nd edition of the annual women's international volleyball tournament played by 28 countries from 25 July to 24 August 2014. 2017 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup
The 2017 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup was the 16th edition of the annual women's volleyball tournament. It was held in two cities, Lima and Cañete, in Peru from 17 June to 25 June.
