Nadine Schön (born ''Nadine Müller'', 5 June 1983 in Lebach, Saarland) is a German politician of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) who served as a member of the German Parliament from 2009 to 2025, representing the constituency of St. Wendel. Political career Career in state politics Between 2004 and 2009, Schön served as a member of the Landtag of the Saarland, where she was the CDU parliamentary group's spokesperson on research and higher education. Lars Klingbeil (; born 23 February 1978) is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) serving as the Vice Chancellor of Germany and Federal Minister of Finance since 6 May 2025. Helge Reinhold Braun (born 18 October 1972) is a German physician and politician of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Between 2018 and 2021, he served as Head of the Chancellery and Federal Minister for Special Affairs in the fourth coalition government of Chancellor Angela Merkel. 2017 German Federal Election
The 2017 German federal election was held in Germany on 24 September 2017 to elect the List of members of the 19th Bundestag, members of the 19th Bundestag. Brigitte Zypries (born 16 November 1953) is a German lawyer and politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). 2013 German Federal Election
The 2013 German federal election was held on 22 September to elect the members of the 18th Bundestag of Germany. At stake were all 598 seats to the Bundestag, plus 33 overhang seats determined thereafter. The Christian Democratic Union of Germany/Christian Social Union of Bavaria ( CDU/CSU) of incumbent chancellor Angela Merkel won their best result since 1990 with nearly 42% of the vote and nearly 50% of the seats, just five short for an overall majority.
