Mount Gravatt Australian Football Club, is a Brisbane based club which competed in the North East Australian Football League competition from 2011–2013 and as of 2014 is a member club of the Queensland Australian Football League., formed in 1964. SQAFA/BAFL The club was a member of the SQAFA since the early 1970s, It won premierships in 1971, 1972, 1974 and 1983. QAFL The club had been affiliated with AFL Queensland since 1994. Queensland Australian Football League
The Queensland Australian Football League (QAFL) is an Australian rules football competition organised by the AFL Queensland, contested by clubs from South East Queensland. Previously known as the Queensland Football League (QFL), Queensland Australian National Football League (QANFL), Queensland Australian Football League (QAFL) and AFL Queensland State League (AFLQSL), the QAFL is the premier semi-professional competition in Queensland. Richmond Football Club
The Richmond Football Club, nicknamed the Tigers, is an Australian rules football team playing in the Australian Football League (AFL). Between its inception in the Melbourne suburb of Richmond in 1885 and 1907, the club competed in the Victorian Football Association (VFA), winning two premierships. Richmond joined the Victorian Football League (now known as the AFL) in 1908 and has since won 13 premierships, most recently in 2020. The Essendon Football Club, nicknamed the Bombers, is a professional Australian rules football club. The club plays in the Australian Football League (AFL), the game's premier competition. The club was formed by the McCracken family in their Ascot Vale, Victoria, Ascot Vale home "Alisa", and while the exact date is unknown, it is generally accepted to have been in 1872. Ken Peucker
Ken Peucker (2 February 1935 – 15 February 2005) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Essendon in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Recruited from the Lincoln Stars in the Essendon District Football League, Peucker started out at Essendon in the Under-19s and played his first VFL game in 1954. A half-forward and rover, he kicked 27 goals for Essendon in the 1955 VFL season, a tally bettered by only two teammates. Peucker spent his next two years in South Australia and was the leading goal-kicker at South Adelaide in 1957. He returned to Essendon in 1958 but only played seven league games during the season. The following year he finished second in the Gardiner Medal count, for his contributions in the reserves, but also played for the seniors from round 14 onwards. Shane Morrison
Shane Morrison (born 10 January 1981) is an Australian rules footballer who played with the Brisbane Lions and Richmond in the Australian Football League (AFL). Morrison, who grew up in Cairns, is the son of former South Melbourne player Peter Morrison. As his father had played over 50 games for South Melbourne, Morrison was eligible to be drafted by Sydney under the father–son rule. He was however also able to go to Brisbane using the rule, due to Peter's post VFL career in Queensland. Already in Brisbane playing for the Northern Eagles, he chose to go to the Lions and was picked up with the 44th selection of the 1999 AFL draft. The Sydney Swans are a professional Australian rules football club based in Sydney, New South Wales. Neville Miller (footballer)
Neville John Miller (born 29 September 1951) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Career Miller, a forward, was recruited to South Melbourne from Wagga Wagga and began his career in the 1970 VFL season, under coach Norm Smith. On debut against Collingwood in round 11, Miller went off injured in the first quarter with a gashed knee, which required 23 stitches. He finished the season with six appearances. In 1971 he played 12 games, including a hoodoo breaking win over Essendon at Windy Hill, in which he contributed a career best five goals. Brad Miller (footballer)
Brad Miller (born 6 July 1983) is a former Australian rules football player who last played for the Richmond Football Club. He previously played with the Melbourne Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL) until he was delisted at the end of the 2010 season. Early life Brad is the son of Neville Miller, who played 28 games with the South Melbourne Football Club. Joel Macdonald (born 10 October 1984) is a businessman and former Australian rules footballer. He is the co-founder and former President of software company, GetSwift. Prior to starting GetSwift, Macdonald was an Australian rules footballer, playing for the Melbourne Football Club and the Brisbane Lions in the Australian Football League (AFL). Tony Lynn (born 29 April 1968) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with the Brisbane Bears and Carlton in the Victorian/Australian Football League (VFL/AFL). A Queenslander, Lynn played both junior and senior football at Morningside until being recruited to Brisbane for their second VFL season in 1988. Stephen Kenna
Stephen Kenna (born 8 October 1981) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Carlton in the Australian Football League (AFL). After being delisted from Carlton, Kenna moved to South Adelaide in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL).
