Morten Haga Lunde
Morten Haga Lunde (born 20 December 1960) is a Norwegian military officer. He graduated from the Norwegian Air Force Academy in 1987, and from the NATO Defense College in 2002. He was appointed head of Norwegian Joint Headquarters in 2013, with the rank of lieutenant general. In 2015 he was appointed head of the Norwegian Intelligence Service. Nynorsk User Of The Year
Nynorsk User of the Year ( no, Årets nynorskbrukar) is a prize awarded by the Nynorsk Cultural Center at the Nynorsk Festival every year. The prize is awarded to the "persons or institutions that demonstrate the ability to break language and cultural conventions on the use of Nynorsk, which through their example or practical work make it easier to be Nynorsk users, or which create a greater general understanding of Nynorsk." Since 2006, the prize has consisted of NOK 50,000 and a graphic print, and on two occasions a copy of the game ''Dialektspelet''. In 2014, the prize was NOK 100,000, split equally between the two prize recipients. The competition is headed by the Nynorsk Cultural Center, which also serves as the jury. NATO Defense College (NDC) is the international military college for North Atlantic Treaty Organization countries. It is located in Rome, Italy. History The idea of a NATO Defense College originated with General Dwight D. Eisenhower, the first Supreme Allied Commander Europe, who identified very early on the need for a new international institution with a unique education mission. On 19 November 1951, the NATO Defense College opened its doors to Course 1 in Paris. In 1966, France withdrew from the Alliance's integrated military structure and the College moved to the EUR quartier of Rome, where it continues to fulfil its mission. Norwegian Joint Headquarters
The Norwegian Joint Headquarters, NJHQ ( no, Forsvarets operative hovedkvarter, FOH) is the Norwegian Armed Forces operational commando-center. It is located at Reitan outside Bodø, where during the Cold War NATO's Allied Command North Norway was based. The current organization was created on 1 August 2009, replacing a former joint commando center in Stavanger, which merged with the Northern Norway Command. It is led by chief-of-command, Lieutenant general, Yngve Odlo. His predecessor was Rune Jakobsen. The Norwegian Armed Forces states that a total number of 500 people are somehow connected to the Commando Central.
