Mobipocket SA was a French company incorporated in March 2000 that created the .mobi e-book file format and produced the Mobipocket Reader software for mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDA) and desktop operating systems. The Mobipocket software package was free and consisted of various publishing and reading tools for PDAs, smartphones, mobile phones, the e-readers Kindle and iLiad, and applications on devices using Symbian, Windows, Palm OS, Java ME and Psion. Mobi, Inc. is a wireless carrier founded in 2004 and based in Honolulu. The company provides service on each of the major islands of Hawaiʻi. The company is a member of the Competitive Carriers Association and the Pacific Telecommunications Council. History The company acquired wireless spectrum in the PCS band in 2004 and launched service covering Hawaiʻi in 2005. The Fiat Mobi is a city car produced by the Italian car manufacturer Fiat since 2016; is available exclusively for the South American market. The Mobi hatchback in the A-segment manufactured in Betim, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It was released on 13 April 2016. This Brazilian project was derived from the same platform as the second generation Fiat Uno, in addition to the engine and transmission. Mobi is the trade name of Vancouver Bike Share, Inc. a bicycle-sharing system in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The system is administered by the City and is owned and operated by CycleHop. The system launched on July 20, 2016, with a limited number of stations and bicycles for founding members. For sponsorship reasons, the service is also known as Mobi by Shaw Go. History A public bike share system for Vancouver was first proposed in 2008 through a feasibility study by TransLink. The following year, the Vancouver City Council directed staff to begin searching for an operator, with Alta Bicycle Share selected as the preferred operator in 2011. Mobi Fehr (born December 13, 1994 in New York City) is an American soccer player currently playing for USL Championship side Monterey Bay. Playing career Growing up in Japan, Fehr played in the Tokyo Verdy academy. Mobi Patrick Oparaku (born 1 December 1976) is a Nigerian former professional footballer who played as a defender. Club career Oparaku was born in Owerri, Imo State. Mobi Okoli (born 4 February 1987) is a Nigerian footballer playing for Bryne.
