Mitch Duncan
Mitchell James Duncan (born 10 June 1991) is an Australian rules footballer for the Geelong Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). A versatile player at tall and weighing , Duncan is able to contribute in the forward line as well as the midfielder (Australian Rules), midfield. A standout junior footballer, Duncan entered top-level football early by signing for East Perth Football Club in the West Australian Football League, WAFL at the age of sixteen years. His accomplishments as a junior included winning a national championship with Western Australia, achieving All-Australian honours, selection for Australia in the International Rules Series, and being awarded an Australian Institute of Sport, AIS-Australian Football League, AFL Academy scholarship. Perth is the capital and largest city of the Australian state of Western Australia. Multi-stage Fitness Test
The multi-stage fitness test (MSFT), also known as the beep test, bleep test, PACER (Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run), PACER test, FitnessGram PACER test, or the 20 m Shuttle Run Test (20 m SRT), is a running test used to estimate an athlete's aerobic capacity ( VO2 max). The test requires participants to run 20 meters back and forth across a marked track keeping time with beeps. Every minute or so, the next level commences: the time between beeps gets shorter; participants must run faster. If a participant fails to reach the relevant marker in time, they are cautioned. A second caution ends the test for that runner. The number of shuttles completed successfully is recorded as the score of that runner. The score is recorded in Level.Shuttles format (e.g. 9.5). Travis Colyer (born 24 August 1991) is a professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Fremantle Football Club and the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).
