The Minister for Nordic Cooperation ( da, Minister for Nordisk Samarbejde; prev. Minister for Nordic Affairs ( da, Minister for Nordiske Anliggender) is a cabinet minister within the Danish Government appointed by the Prime Minister of Denmark. The minister is responsible for issues regarding Nordic affairs, trade and development. The current Minister for Nordic Cooperation is Louise Schack Elholm, appointed on 15 December 2022. The coat of arms of Denmark ( da, Danmarks rigsvåben) has a lesser and a greater version. The state coat of arms () consists of three pale blue lion (heraldry), lions attitude (heraldry)#Passant, passant wearing crown (heraldic charge), crowns, accompanied by nine red lilypads (normally represented as seeblatt, heraldic hearts), all in a golden shield with the Danish Crown Regalia, royal crown on top. Bertel Haarder
Bertel Geismar Haarder (born 7 September 1944, in Rønshoved, near Aabenraa) is a Danish writer, teacher and politician, who was a member of the Folketing for the Venstre political party. He has served as minister several times, including Minister of Education from 1982 to 1993 and again in 2005 to 2010, and most recently as Minister for Culture and Ecclesiastical Affairs from 2015 to 2016 in the L. L. Rasmussen II Cabinet. He is a former member of European Parliament, serving from 1994 to 2001. Carl Holst (born 29 April 1970 in Rødding) is a Danish politician, representing the liberal party '' Venstre''. He is the first Region Mayor of Region of Southern Denmark, an office he assumed on 1 January 2007. He served as County Mayor of South Jutland County from 1 July 2000, following the unexpected resignation of the former county mayor, Kresten Philipsen.
