The Minister for Nordic Cooperation (Swedish: ''Minister för nordiskt samarbete'') is a cabinet minister within the Swedish Government and appointed by the Prime Minister of Sweden. The minister is responsible for issues regarding Nordic affairs. The current minister Jessika Roswall is also responsible for Sweden's EU Affairs. Jessika Roswall
Jessika Roswall ( Jessika Vilhelmsson; born 18 December 1972) is a Swedish politician of the Moderate Party. She has served as Minister for European Union Affairs and Minister for Nordic Cooperation in the cabinet of Ulf Kristersson since 2022 and has been Member of the Riksdag since the 2010 general election, representing Uppsala County. Early life and education Roswall is the daughter of the lawyer Anders Roswall; her mother is a teacher. She graduated from the high school in 1991. Svante is the shortening for the Swedish male first name Svantepolk. It originates from Slavic ancestors of first prominent Svantes in Sweden. The Slavic languages have the name which is rendered as Sviatopolk in Russian, Swiãtopôłk in Kashubian, Świętopełk in Polish and Svatopluk/Svätopluk in Czech and Slovakian. Ewa Björling
Ewa Helena Björling (born 3 May 1961) is a Swedish politician and a member of the Moderate Party. She served as Minister of Commerce and Industry from 2007 to 2014 and as Minister for Nordic Cooperation from 2010 to 2014 in the Swedish Government. Fredrik Reinfeldt
John Fredrik Reinfeldt (pronounced ; born 4 August 1965) is a Swedish economist, lecturer, and former politician who was Prime Minister of Sweden from 2006 to 2014, and chairman of the liberal conservative Moderate Party from 2003 to 2015. He was the last rotating President of the European Council in 2009. A native of Stockholm County, Reinfeldt joined the Moderate Youth League in 1983, and by 1992 had risen to the rank of chairman, a position he held until 1995. Cristina Husmark Pehrsson
Cristina Maria Husmark Pehrsson (born 15 April 1947) is Swedish politician and a member of the Moderate Party. She served as Minister for Social Security and as Minister for Nordic Cooperation from 2006 to 2010. Berit Andnor (born 20 November 1954) is a Swedish Social Democratic politician. She was Minister for Social Affairs of Sweden 2004–2006. Biography Berit Andnor grew up in a working-class family in Gothenburg, and she and her sister was the first her family to be given the opportunity to obtain a higher education. Göran Persson
Hans Göran Persson (; born 20 January 1949) is a Swedish politician who served as Prime Minister of Sweden from 1996 to 2006 and leader of the Swedish Social Democratic Party from 1996 to 2007. Sten Olof Håkan Johansson (born 31 July 1937) is a Swedish politician, who was the leader of the Swedish Centre Party from 1987 to 1998 and Minister for the Environment from 1991 to 1994.
