Milly Quezada
Milagros Quezada Borbón (born May 21, 1955) is a Dominican singer specializing in Merengue. She is a four-time Latin Grammy Award winner and has been referred to as the "Queen of Merengue" because of her impact on the world of merengue music. Early life Milagros Quezada Borbón was born in Santo Domingo, the daughter of two Cibao natives and sister of four musician brothers. Growing up in such a musical family, Quezada became interested in music as a toddler—she would sing along with her brothers for family, friends, and small gatherings near her home. Héctor Elpidio Acosta Restituyo, better known as Héctor Acosta "El Torito" (Héctor Acosta "The Little Bull") or simply Héctor Acosta, is a Dominican performer of Merengue and Bachata music. Acosta was the lead singer for the Dominican band Los Toros Band (The Bull Band). Following his departure from the band, he released his debut album ''Sigo Siendo Yo'' (''I Continue Being Me'') in 2006. Maridalia Hernández (born August 19, 1959) is a Dominican singer. Early life and education Maridalia Hernández was born in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, in 1959. She was fully trained as a lyrical singer, pianist, cellist and music teacher.
