Mileta Jakšić
Mileta Jakšić (Serbian Cyrillic alphabet, Serbian Cyrillic: Милета Јакшић; 29 March 1863 – 8 November 1935) was a Serbian poet. He had a great love of nature which is reflected in all his works. Biography Mileta Jakšić was born on 29 March 1863 in Srpska Crnja in Banat. He was the nephew of one of the best-known Serbian poets of the 19th century, Djura Jakšić (1832-1878). He was the son of Jovan and Emilija Jakšić; his grandfather Dionisije and his father Jovan were parish priests of Srpska Crnja. At the age of seven Mileta's mother died. In 1879 Jakšić went to Novi Sad, where he was enabled to attend gymnasium. After an interval of private study in Osijek he went in 1889 to the Theological College in Sremski Karlovci and in 1893 he went to Vienna, where he fell under the influence of Vatroslav Jagić and Jakob Minor and others. Mileta Lisica ( sr-cyr, Милета Лисица; 7 October 1966 – 11 November 2020) was a Serbian-Slovenian professional basketball player. Playing career Lisica had played for the Poliester from Priboj and the KK Sloboda Tuzla, Sloboda from Tuzla before he came to the KK Crvena zvezda, Crvena zvezda. With the Zvezda he won two YUBA League titles (1993 and 1994). He spent one season at the KK Borovica, Borovica from Ruma and with them, he reached the YUBA League Playoffs Final in 1995. After that, he returned to the Zvezda and spent another season with them. In 1996, Lisica went to play for the KK Pivovarna Laško, Pivovarna Laško of the Premier A Slovenian Basketball League, Slovenian Premier League. He played six seasons there and has been one of the team's best players. He participated at three Slovenian League All-Star Games. Jeronim Mileta (April 17, 1871 in Šibenik – November 23, 1947 in Šibenik) was a Roman Catholic friar who became the bishop of the Diocese of Šibenik in 1922. He served until his death in 1947. After Mileta's death, the Diocese of Šibenik had no permanent bishop until 1951 due to tensions between the Catholic Church and communist-run Yugoslavia.
