Michael W. Grebe
Michael William Grebe (born October 25, 1940) is an Americans, American philanthropist, lawyer, businessman and conservative activist. He served as the chairman and Chief executive officer, CEO of the law firm Foley & Lardner from 1994 to 2002. From 2002 through 2016, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bradley Foundation. He is the former Chairman of the Philanthropy Roundtable. Early life Grebe grew up in Farmington, Illinois, and played quarterback on his high school football team. He graduated from the United States Military Academy with a B.S. in 1962 and received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1970, magna cum laude. Grebe served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was later awarded the Combat Infantryman’s Badge and two Bronze Stars.
