Michael Doyle (American Football)
Michael "Mike" Doyle (born 8 September 1991) is a British-American football wide receiver and assistant coach for the Birmingham Bulls of the BAFA National Leagues (BAFANL). He debuted for the Bulls in 2013. Early years Doyle was born in Birmingham and lived in the area his whole life, attending King's Norton Boys' School. It was during his time at King's Norton Sixth Form that he began a brief career at a local Sports Direct store. Football career Doyle debuted for the Birmingham Bulls in 2013, after attending rookie camp in late 2012. Although he originally arrived as a tight end, he quickly switched to wide receiver. After making a strong impression in camp, he was named as a starter for the opening game, away to the newly promoted West Coast Trojans, where he was the only Bulls receiver to complete a catch. Coventry Jets
The Coventry Jets were an American football team based in Coventry, England.The club ceased to exist in 2018 and dropped out of the BAFA National Leagues with all club assets and teams being moved over to the Etone Jaguars based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The Jets were formed in 2004 and have competed in six BAFANL bowl games, including four consecutive BritBowl appearances from 2007 to 2010 and a BritBowl championship in 2008. Gateshead Senators
Gateshead Senators are a British American football Team based in South Tyneside at Monkton Stadium. Origins The Senators started life in the 1980s as the Newcastle Senators, rising out of the ashes of the aptly named Newcastle Browns, and playing at Northern Rugby Club in Newcastle. The club had two very successful seasons winning the Division 1 title with a 10–0 record and gained promotion to the National Division for the following season. The Senators gained new players when the area's only other team, the Trojans, folded. In the National Division the team had a 4–6 record and gained the respect of many of the country's top sides. In 1988, the Senators moved across the Tyne to Gateshead International Stadium. Northfield, Birmingham
Northfield is a residential area in outer south Birmingham, England, and near the boundary with Worcestershire. It is also a council constituency, managed by its own district committee.
