Marvin Ceballos
Marvin José Ceballos Flores (born 22 April 1992) is a Guatemalan professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga Nacional club Xinabajul and the Guatemala national team. Career Comunicaciones Ceballos made his professional debut with C.S.D. Comunicaciones of the Liga Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala on 21 August 2011 against Xelajú. He started the match and earned a yellow card as Comunicaciones lost 1–0. He made his international club debut three days later in the CONCACAF Champions League against Costa Rican side, Herediano. He started that match and scored the first goal for his side as they went on to win 2–0. Ceballos then scored his first league goal of his career on 7 December 2011 against Xelajú as Comunicaciones won 3–0. Club Sport Herediano (), commonly known as Herediano and nicknamed El Team, is a Costa Rican multisport club based in Heredia, Heredia province. Estadio Doroteo Guamuch Flores
The Estadio Nacional Doroteo Guamuch Flores is a multi-use national stadium in Guatemala City, the largest venue in Guatemala. It was built in 1948, to host the Central American and Caribbean Games in 1950, and was renamed after long-distance runner Doroteo Guamuch Flores, winner of the 1952 Boston Marathon. It has a capacity of 26,000 seats. Used mostly for football (soccer) matches, the stadium has hosted the majority of the home matches of the Guatemala national football team throughout its history, and is the home of local football club Comunicaciones F.C. 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup
The 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup was the 18th FIFA U-20 World Cup. Colombia hosted the tournament between 29 July and 20 August 2011, with matches being played in eight cities. The tournament was won by Brazil who claimed their fifth title. At a FIFA Executive Committee meeting held in Sydney on 26 May 2008, Colombia beat the only other candidate country, Venezuela, for the right to organize the U-20 World Cup. It was suggested by the then-Vice President of Colombia Francisco Santos Calderón that it was needed to withdraw from the race with Brazil to host the 2014 FIFA World Cup so the nation could concentrate on hosting the "best possible games". Henry Medina
Henry Medina (born 16 March 1981) is a Guatemalan football defender. He currently plays for CD Suchitepéquez in Guatemala's top division. Club career Medina played for Deportivo Teculután prior to joining Guatemalan giants CSD Municipal in 2004. He left the squad after four years to play for Deportivo Xinabajul in Guatemala's top division. However, in November 2009, he announced his departure due to financial complications at the Huehuetenango club. He subsequently joined Mazatenango side ''Suchi''. Ascenso MX was the second tier of professional football in Mexico of the Mexican football league system. The champion of the competition was promoted to Liga MX (top-flight tier). The bottom team was relegated to Liga Premier (the third tier). It was sponsored by BBVA through its Mexican subsidiary BBVA, and was officially known as Ascenso BBVA MX.
