Martyn Margetson
Martyn Walter Margetson (born 8 September 1971) is a Welsh football coach and former professional footballer who is a goalkeeping coach for the England national team and Swansea City. A youth player at Manchester City, where he went on to appear over 50 times, he spent time on loan at Bristol Rovers, Bolton Wanderers and Luton Town before moving to Southend United on a permanent basis in 1998 where he remained for one season, joining Huddersfield Town in 1999. After signing for Cardiff City in 2002, he went on to win his first and only cap for Wales in a friendly with Canada in May 2004. He retired from playing at the end of the 2006–07 season, becoming a full-time goalkeeper coach at Cardiff City. Martyn Woolford
Martyn Paul Woolford (born 13 October 1985) is an English former professional footballer who last played as a midfielder for Frickley Athletic. He has played in the Football League for Scunthorpe United, Bristol City, Millwall, Sheffield United, Fleetwood Town and Grimsby Town. Woolford started his career in the Northern Counties East Football League Premier Division with Glasshoughton Welfare after progressing through their youth system. Martyn Williams
Martyn Elwyn Williams, (born 1 September 1975) is a former Wales and British & Irish Lions international rugby union player. A flanker, he was Wales' most-capped forward with 100 caps until surpassed by Gethin Jenkins on 30 November 2013. He remains Wales most capped back row forward. Club career Williams played club rugby for Pontypridd, with whom he won the 1996–97 Welsh league, then moved to Cardiff RFC in 1999. He captained Cardiff from 2002 until 2005, when Rhys Williams took over the role. Martyn Ware (born 19 May 1956) is an English musician, composer, arranger, record producer, and music programmer. As a founding member of both the Human League and Heaven 17, Ware was partly responsible for hit songs such as "Being Boiled" and "Temptation". Ware has also worked as a record producer, notably helping to revitalise Tina Turner's career in 1983 with " Let's Stay Together", kick starting Terence Trent D'Arby's career by co-producing his solo debut, '' Introducing the Hardline According to...'' in 1987 and producing Erasure's ''I Say I Say I Say'' album in 1994. Martyn Thomas Waghorn (born 23 January 1990) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for EFL Championship club Huddersfield Town on loan from Coventry City. He is a former England under-21 international. Sir Martyn Poliakoff (born 16 December 1947) is a British chemist, working on gaining insights into fundamental chemistry, and on developing environmentally acceptable processes and materials. The core themes of his work are supercritical fluids, infrared spectroscopy and lasers. He is a research professor in chemistry at the University of Nottingham. His group comprises several members of staff, postdoctoral research fellows, postgraduate students and overseas visitors. As well as carrying out research at the University of Nottingham, he is a lecturer, teaching a number of modules including green chemistry. Martyn Moxon
Martyn Douglas Moxon (born 4 May 1960) is a former English cricketer, who played in ten Test matches and eight One Day Internationals for England and for Yorkshire County Cricket Club between 1980 and 1997. In May 2007, Moxon was confirmed as Director of Professional Cricket at Yorkshire, a role which he left in December 2021. International career Moxon earned 10 caps through his Test career that was delayed by injury. He was due to play against the West Indies in 1984, but a broken arm meant that his debut was delayed until the 1986 series against New Zealand.
